There is a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi on the terraced slope of the property and stunning views of the protected Natural Park of Cabo de Gata.

The property is situated on one hectare of land (10,000 m2), which has been maintained with great dedication and maximum ecological awareness for twenty years. The garden has been landscaped with species suitable for the Mediterranean climate, with the emphasis on an olive grove and a hundred specimens such as palm trees, cypresses and other fruit trees, plus a cactus garden.
