The domain "Ter Varenbeuke" is located between Turnhout and Baarle-Hertog with a view over the landscaped park and its own pond. The park covers 6.5 ha. The centrally located Villa by architect P.Age De Selsaeten was built in 1963 and has 1,000 m² of living space.
Layout
We enter the stately villa through a central entrance hall made of Portuguese marble, which on the left has a secretary and guest toilet and also opens onto the staircase. To the right of the entrance hall we enter the living room oriented on the south side of the house, which enjoys plenty of natural light throughout the day. The large dining room with a view over the park and the pond is accessible via the living room and the staircase. We also find the office space and the kitchen downstairs, and a hobby room next to the side entrance. At the front of the house to the indoor garage for three cars, we pass the laundry room with shower. Tastefully attached to the house, there is also an indoor swimming pool.
